U Kaplicky is in a true Wallachian village: the lcoal people are reknown for their friendliness and generosity.
While not a great deal of English is spoken, a few words of Czech will get you far, and people love to share their country and experiences with strangers. Indeed, you will feel a local when itis time to leave!
